Home Page Animate or just plain change and add color to your cursor. Note the advanced age of this control panel. I wouldn't really recommend its use on a regular basis but it's still pretty cool to play with.

The Icon Archiver is an extremely powerful database specifically designed for easy icon storage and retrieval. It can easily export them in most graphics formats, including the ones you need for your web pages.
Home Page A great way to archive your icons and to apply and change the custom icons of any file, folder or application. There are two ways you can use IconDropper. You can drop an item from the Finder into the magic hat. You can also use "Change Icon..." in the Finder's contextual menu (for Mac OS 8). After the interface appears, you can click on any icon and it will be updated in the Finder. When you download a new icon pack, put it in the Packs folder. Home Page Iconographer is a an icon editor. It allows you to both change the icons of items, as well as edit the icon resources used by various programs. Iconographer has been created from the ground up to edit the new, Mac OS 8.5+, 32-bit icons with 8-bit masks. Home Page Power Windows is a small control panel that lets you tap into your Mac's unused processor power to perform amazingly cool effects with windows and menus (so I guess I should really call it "Power Windows and Menus", or maybe "Greg's Power Stuff"). The primary function of Power Windows is to let you drag the entire contents of windows instead of just a dotted outline. The control panel lets you choose between Solid Dragging and Translucent Dragging, and you can even Use Multitasking with solid dragging. Power Windows can also make Finder Windows Fade Open and Closed and Menus Fade Closed, as well as offering Translucent Menus. While this is not exactly a productivity application, you might be able to convince yourself that multitasking during drags and being able to see what's behind menus is sort of useful. But most importantly, Power Windows is just plain fun, and it's great for impressing your friends and coworkers.
Home Page Apple's indispensable resource editor.
Parent Directory Sounds4Fun is a utility that makes your Macintosh play sounds when certain system events occur (such as disk insertion and ejection, and emptying the trash etc.).
